pack.material/raw material processed for Packing to meet stock required/correct
raw material with packing material used. Optimise packing efficiency
packers/ Value Drivers managed daily to achieve targets using CIP's/reduce
damages in department/ ensure OEE achieved/ensure equipment used to
capacity/useful life is maximised. Ensure Q.A. on packing lines comply
with requirements/packed products comply QC specs/packing to consistent
pack presentation/product profile /FSMS/FSSC 22 000/Human Safety requirements
and legislation adhered to/environmental impact ID/ managed to reduce
waste/ housekeeping (GMP's) to ensure no infestation.Attend/participate
meetings as per frequencies/ accountability/daily assessment figures/ensure
accurate results/performance managed/ compile daily/weekly/monthly
reports.Manage all staff in Pack.Dept./execute all H.R. policies &
SOPs/ID training needs/ ensure all staff adequately trained/internal/external
communication/daily Infocom sessions with staff managing performance.Report
